Contact details, CRB confirmation and Photo permissions
We need to confirm that your records of helpers are complete and we have permission to use photos on any media postings we make.
Project evaluation and reporting
After the project has been running for a while we need to make sure that we are helping, or if we can improve or enhance the project.
Sample photo permission
If you are taking photos at project events that are not covered by the overall photo permission form above, then you will need to get those involved to sign a release. This may apply to outside teachers and helpers and images of parents.
